Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom and project-based services: Refunds are considered case-by-case.
Pre-paid services: Requests within 7 business days may qualify for a refund minus work performed.
Ongoing managed services: Require 30 days written notice. No refund for services already provided.
Custom software: Milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work begins.
Submit all refund requests in writing. We respond within 10 business days.

4. Security Statement

All card-not-present invoice payments are processed by Chase, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. We never receive or store your full card information.
