Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Custom and project-based services: Refunds are considered case-by-case.
  • Pre-paid services: Requests within 7 business days may qualify for a refund minus work performed.
  • Ongoing managed services: Require 30 days written notice. No refund for services already provided.
  • Custom software: Milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work begins.
  • Submit all refund requests in writing. We respond within 10 business days.
